So news has emerged from the Prusak Racing garage today, as race weekend approaches the Joey Logano Foundation powered Big 8 sits and waits. Unfortunately the car will continue to sit for the remainder of the 2014 season. This news is very upsetting for the entire team as Joey Prusak currently sits 9th in the Big 8 standings and just recently began to really get a feel for the car. Last Saturday during practice the car began to lose oil pressure. We were able to start and park the feature to get points and our pay off for the night. That how ever will be the last time Joey Prusak will be behind the wheel of the Big 8 this season. The motor was looked at and gone through to diagnose what the problems were and we found out that it will need a complete rebuild. After lots of time and thought we have decided the best decision as a team is to wait till next season to come back bigger and better than ever. Plans are not set yet as to what Joey Prusak will be driving but he will most defiantly be returning to Elko Speedway in 2015. Can not thank our fans enough for all the support they have given the Prusak Racing team this season. We greatly appreciate you all. Thank you to the crew and family for supporting Joey in 2014; Max Prusak, Dad, Tim Schenk, Tom Quade, Jacob Goede, Matt Goede, Brad Prusak, Bob Morris, Tyler Wood, Robbie Goebel, Tony Hallberg, Bill Hautman, Adam Oxborough, Mom, Baba & Dede, Nana & Papa, Rod & Adam, Makenna, and anybody else who we may have forgotten. So many people have support us in 2014 that it is hard to remember all of you, but you are greatly appreciated. Prusak Racing must also thank it's sponsors for coming on board to support Joey in 2014.
